Nurture the Leader in Your Child

As a parent, you impact the likelihood that your child will become a leader. You do this without even thinking about it. You send messages that encourage and messages that discourage.

This workshop will help you examine what it takes to encourage the leadership development of your son or daughter. It will help you examine where you are now in that process, and what you might do more or less of for your child.

As your child's most important teacher, increase your knowledge about leaders and leadership development, increase your self awareness, your ability to observe behaviors in your child and, finally, increase your ability to be the best leadership teacher your child might have.

This is not a workshop designed to encourage you to put pressure on your child. It is a workshop dedicated to nurturing the gifts your child has. This is your opportunity to enable your child to shine.
